As a Maintenance Technician for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Your skills in maintenance and repair will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for our guests.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed, including but not limited to lighting fixtures, locks, and furniture.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with renovation projects, installations, and other special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure the overall cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of the hotel.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license if applicable.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
• Exposure to various weather conditions when performing outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Moderate physical effort is required.
• Occasional exposure to mild to moderate smoke in certain areas of the hotel.
