Legend Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold safety and aesthetics in our resident living environment. You will maintain and repair equipment, systems, structure and grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive home for residents.
Responsibilities include regular checks, completing work orders, coordinating with Maintenance Director, and partnering with vendors. Prior trade experience in electrical/HVAC is preferred; on-call and weekend work may be required.
