Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas, operating more than 2,200 company‑owned stores across North America, including Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, and Wheel Works locations.

Automotive Technician – a vital member of our automotive service team, learning and developing foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. The role involves routine inspections, vehicle assessments, repair procedures, and customer interactions to explain repair procedures and answer inquiries.

Sign‑on bonus of $1,500 (first‑time hires). Pay range: $19.25 – $28.93 per hour.

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within the first two years of employment (company funds tests and registration fees; bonus awarded for passing each test).

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services, including oil changes, basic inspections, and skill in reading, writing, and math.

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Completion of a vocational‑technical school program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third‑party certificates or assessments.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.
