Bank of America is looking for an energetic, client‑centric banking professional to serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients. The role focuses on uncovering banking needs for individuals and small businesses, offering tailored solutions, and connecting clients with specialized experts.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on self‑service transactions through technology.
  • Leverage available resources and processes to optimize client experience and deliver operational excellence.
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts and account maintenance.
  • Manage client interactions by taking actions that align with bank goals and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
  • Alternatively, a prior role as Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, Credit Solutions Advisor, or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist with Bank of America for at least six months.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic, intense focus on results, and a client‑first attitude.
  • Excellent collaboration skills; ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Passion for improving clients’ financial lives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging all clients in person and by phone.
  • Adaptability to new information, technology, and changing circumstances.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective time‑management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of starting the role.
  • Availability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to any financial center within reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a financial center with consistent goal achievement.
  • Retail or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
  • Proficiency in banking products, services, spreadsheets, and Microsoft applications.

Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentives earned based on performance metrics.
