As a Bilingual Personal Banker, you will be based in Norridge, IL at the Montrose branch. Bilingual Polish is required.

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
