Operations Manager (Full Time) - Norridge, IL Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of direct supervisory or managerial experience overseeing teams across multiple functional areas
• Demonstrated experience in a role requiring cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and operations.
• Expert knowledge & experience of inventory control methodologies
• Proven proficiency in ERP or Inventory management systems for purchasing, PO management, sales, and inventory tracking
• Strong understanding of warehouse logistics, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment process
• Familiarity with basic facility management and maintenance scheduling/coordination
• Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Suite products
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage supervisors and front-line staff
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
• High degree of organizational ability with a strong attention to detail
