Lead and coordinate all areas of the food pantry to ensure positive customer service and functional systems of delivery that promote a 'choice' pantry.;
Maintain supplies and inventory in the pantry; manage vendor communications and donations.;
Coordinate with Greater Chicago Food Depository, fulfill orders, track inventory, and follow agency policies.;
Recruit and train volunteers; provide orientation and Safe from Harm compliance; coordinate food rescue volunteers.;
Maintain databases and report statistics; participate in corps councils and outreach activities.
