Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store;
Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions;
Maintains a safe and clean shopping environment and ensures proper merchandise presentation;
Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and retains brand name familiarity within departments;
Follows all MOS policies and cash handling procedures while providing excellent customer service
