Job Summary

Comcast – Bilingual Spanish Required.

Norridge Xfinity Retail Store – 4270 N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706.This role engages with customers to showcase and sell products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, onboarding customers, and resolving issues with moderate supervision.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with preferences and requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand product usage and management effectively.
• Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues, fostering trust and ongoing loyalty.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and professional store environment.
• Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and customer‑focused skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self‑motivation and teamwork.

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour.
Sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside for those who overachieve sales targets. Eligibility for commission plans and bonuses varies by position.
