The role of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. A Guest Service Associate works with like‑minded individuals who share excitement and passion for Revealing Beautiful Skin. A GSA shapes the future of EWC and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin.

This is a sales position.

• Sell wax passes.
• Perform opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Manage the flow of guests in and out of the center and assist with questions as needed, including management of the Reservation Book regarding the guest's requests and associate's availability.
• Educate all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrate products and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintain the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions.
• Check schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arrive to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participate in all weekly Strut Sessions; if a Strut Session falls on an unscheduled day, attend a minimum of one Strut Session per month.
• Participate on Strut Bloomfire by actively commenting on questions and posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses while working in the location.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals.
• Maintain center cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years of related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
