2nd Shift Custodian
- Arcola Intermediate School/Skyview Upper Elementary School
Hours/Day: 247 working days plus 13 holidays 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Tuesday-Saturday
Compensation: $28.44
Benefits:
Full-time as per current CBA with Teamsters Local #384
Requirements:
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs. with frequent carrying of loads up to 30 lbs.
- Must be physically able to climb step ladder and extension ladder for lamp and ceiling tile replacement.
- Prior custodial work experience and basic working knowledge of custodial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work well with the entire school staff.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in carrying out prescribed routines and procedures as directed by the Head Custodian or the Assistant to the Director of Facilities.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
- Pre-employment physical. (upon hire)
- Current Act 34, Act 151 and FBI Fingerprint clearances (upon hire)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the cleanliness and operation of assigned buildings.
- Responsible for minor repairs and duties as assigned by head custodian.
