Utility

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a dependable Utility team member to help keep our senior living community clean, safe, and welcoming. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll support housekeeping and basic maintenance by cleaning common areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces, handling trash, and assisting with room turnovers and light repairs. You'll follow infection control and safety procedures while interacting kindly with residents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and staff spaces to community standards
• Assist with room turnovers, including basic cleaning and setup for new residents
• Handle trash removal, recycling, and proper waste disposal
• Support light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs and reporting repairs
• Follow infection control, safety, and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory in an organized manner
• Respond to resident and staff requests courteously and promptly
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and care teams to support operations
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and unusual conditions immediately
• Uphold Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused culture in daily work
