Full-Time Night Custodian Qualifications
High School graduate, must have good oral and written communication skills, experience preferred as custodian/maintenance worker, knowledge of cleaning and operation of cleaning equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPreventive maintenance of building and grounds area, sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, scrubbing, washing, cleaning, buffing, disposing of refuse, cleaning walkways. Additional responsibilities assigned by the Building Principal.
LicensesBlack Seal License required; CDL License with Passenger/School Bus endorsement (both must be obtained within 6 months of employment).
Salary & BenefitsCustodial Salary Guide: $45,000-$67,930. Entitled to benefits consistent with NAEA contract
