F. Toner Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, kitchen, and surfaces; vacuum and clean floors; empties wastebaskets; wash windows as needed;
Maintain a clean laundry room and manage laundering of towels, bed linens, and resident laundry;
Clean all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, and model units according to standards;
Store chemicals in accordance with instructions and ensure safe handling of cleaning supplies;
Assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor and maintain overall cleanliness and safety of the community
