The Residential & Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services while maintaining Crowned Cleaners’ standards for detail, efficiency, and professionalism. This position includes residential cleaning as well as detailed post-construction cleaning of newly built or renovated properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and other interior spaces; dusting and wiping surfaces; vacuuming and mopping floors;

cleaning windows and glass; removing construction dust and debris; and completing detailed final-cleaning tasks. Cleaners are expected to follow company cleaning procedures and checklists, properly use cleaning products and equipment, communicate with team members, and ensure assigned areas are thoroughly completed before leaving a job site. This position requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while consistently delivering quality work.

Qualifications:

• Prior professional residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning experience required
• Professional references from previous cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, and company procedures
• Willingness to learn and follow new cleaning methods, products, and techniques
• Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Professional and respectful when working in clients’ homes and on job sites
• Comfortable performing physically demanding cleaning tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements
• Able to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Must take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy cleaning
