About the PositionWe are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in North Bend, Oregon. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of work order software system and following procedures for entering, assigning and documenting all notes, services, supplies and labor and seeing through to timely completion. They will have excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to communicate and report effectively.
The Maintenance Supervisor will also provide daily supervision and delegation of assignments to the maintenance technicians. Participate in hiring, discipline and termination of maintenance staff. They will also perform and/or delegate regular preventative maintenance: replace air filters, inspect for plumbing leaks, replace caulking in bathrooms, replace ceiling tile grout, paint as needed, etc.
This position may require travel to other locations including Coos Bay, OR and Brookings, OR.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make$4,833-$6,000 per month DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

What You’ll Need- Five (5) years’ experience supervising general maintenance and landscaping; general knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations and safety procedures
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment
- Driving is an essential function; valid driver's license required within 30 days of hire; ability to pass DHS criminal background check
Additionally, ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders; operate a variety of tools and machinery; may be exposed to vibration and noise; lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally sit, talk, listen, and crawl. Successful completion of crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings is required.
