Maintenance Supervisor

Columbia Care Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep and safety across our behavioral health and residential programs. This role manages daily maintenance operations, schedules and supervises technicians and vendors, and ensures compliance with safety, health care, and building regulations. The supervisor will coordinate preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, track work orders, and manage inventory. Collaboration with clinical and housing teams is essential to maintain trauma informed, clean, and secure environments that support recovery, client dignity, and staff well-being.
