Description:

* Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21
* Wage: $24 - $28 per hour, DOE
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday or Monday-Friday - 40 hours per weekA Day in the Life:
Perform general maintenance and repairs of in the building, including but not limited to minor plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair, and cleaning
Perform unit turnovers to prepare for new residents, including servicing appliances, replacing old or faulty parts, and interior painting
Address and follow up on all resident work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain professional, friendly, and positive relationships and interactions with all residents, guests, and staff
Requirements:3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent training
Computer proficiency is helpful
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English Must pass a Department of Social & Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
