Position: Appliance Repair/Maintenance Technician
Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire
Location: Bothell, WA
Pay: $55-$60 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Weekdays; schedule TBD

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair/Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of rental properties. The ideal candidate must have prior appliance repair experience and be comfortable working independently. This position will be responsible for repairing household appliances, performing general property maintenance, maintaining grounds, and communicating professionally with vendors and other service providers.

• Diagnose and repair washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, and other appliances as needed
• Perform general property maintenance and repairs at rental properties
• Complete grounds cleanup and general outdoor maintenance
• Perform painting and other basic property improvement projects
• Assist with basic pool maintenance and cleanup
• Operate a golf cart safely as needed
• Communicate professionally with vendors, contractors, and property contacts
• Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate issues or concerns appropriately
• Complete assigned work independently and efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform additional maintenance duties and projects as assigned

• Must have previous appliance repair experience
• Experience repairing washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, and/or similar household appliances
• General property maintenance or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and service providers
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely handle tools, appliances, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to perform physically active work for extended periods
• Ability to operate a golf cart and safely navigate property grounds
