The Maintenance Planner III coordinates all routine and non-routine maintenance activities. Identifies resources such as inspection, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate tasks in a diverse work environment. Demonstrates string technical/functional skills related to specialized equipment and intricate knowledge of plant equipment, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities / Expectations:

+ Coordinates maintenance activities and communicates the schedule to our internal and external customers

+ Maintains accurate equipment history and reliability data for equipment

+ Drives and influences consistent application and improvement of our processes

+ Identifies efficient system operations mode on a real-time basis and causes adjustments to be made as the need arises to achieve optimum state

+ Collaborates with others to identify and suggest training needs

+ Identifies and communicates standard practices

+ Supports budget development and forecasting updates

+ Other duties as assigned

Education/Year of

Experience:

+

Required:

High school diploma/GED; a minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience (preferably as a technician, lead or planner), a minimum of two (2) years planning experience, and a minimum of three (3) years experience in the natural gas industry

+ Preferred:
Vocational/Associates degree in technical field

Other Requirements:

+ Demonstrate aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes

+ Coordinates with others to verify duration of maintenance and scope of work to be performed.

+ Previous experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

+ Maximo Power User Training completed.

+ Strong skills in Oracle or similar ERP system

+ Proficient in Power BI
