Maintenance Technician - Part Time role at Gateway Management Company
Pay Range
: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
- Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.
- Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
- Minimum two years verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Proof of car insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
