The PositionThe Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company owned property.
Key Responsibilities- Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
- Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
- HVAC filter changes and maintenance
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers
- Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.
- Has strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
- Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
- Ability to complete maintenance tasks, as directed.
- Welding experience is preferred.
