- Up to $52.47/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervises, assigns, and inspects the work of the maintenance staff;
Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and facilities;
Prepares estimates of work hours, materials, and resources required for projects; approves and initiates requisitions for materials and supplies; and maintains records of repairs;
Maintains the most cost-effective spare parts inventory levels and ensures minimal downtime by stocking parts;
Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NFRP programs and maintains budget compliance
