Smithfield Foods - - - Responsibilities:
Conducts daily maintenance work activities in assigned equipment areas and sets up additional work maintenance schedules;
Follows standard operating maintenance instructions/procedures and performs maintenance tasks including replacing, adjusting, and installing feed mill equipment;
Develops and improves a thorough cost effective Preventative Maintenance Program with maintenance supervisor to meet goals;
Monitors and maintains all feed mill equipment and maintains maintenance records;
Establishes or adjusts maintenance work procedures and schedules to meet production schedules
