Provide front line supervision for maintenance employees and maintenance contractors;
Maintain accurate records and oversee training of maintenance technicians and millwrights;
Develop and communicate consistent parts replacement or repair guidelines;
Coordinate and schedule annual boiler inspection and bi-annual manlift inspection
