Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday - Sunday (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Requirements: 1-3 years of cleaning experience, ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively, and strong team review skills.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Lead Cleaner, you will keep our client's facility clean, safe, and welcoming while helping guide our night shift team. In this active role, our Janitor Team Lead will perform general cleaning duties, including pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming. Additionally, you will serve as a Section Lead, checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed beautifully and meet our high-quality standards.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to inspect work and support fellow team members.
Physical strength to walk, stand, and lift 35 lbs repetitively throughout the night.
Dependable work ethic with excellent attendance, especially for weekend night shifts.
