This is a full‑time position at the Duke Energy Marshall Steam Station in Sherrills Ford, NC.
Pay Information$22.00 - $28.55 / hour

- Day shift
Greasing and fueling equipment.
Essential Functions- Daily Inspection of equipment for safe operation.
- Check tire pressure and add air as needed.
- Complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer schedule and in conformance with all maintenance and environmental policies.
- Report issues to the Site Supervisor.
- May perform other duties as assigned by Site Supervisor.
- Prior experience servicing heavy trucks/equipment/ automotive preferred.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in all types of weather, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be physically able to perform the work outside in hot and/ or cold weather conditions.
- Must be able to work in a construction environment.
- Must be able to walk slopes and uneven terrain.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
