Kitchen Reset & Deep Cleaning

Kitchen Reset & Deep Cleaning:

• Join Eurest for a short-term kitchen restoration project supporting the reset of a commercial food service operation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining clean, organized work spaces. Crew Members will assist with deep cleaning kitchen areas, restoring equipment and storage spaces, and supporting the overall setup of the kitchen as it returns to service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, storage areas, shelving, walls, floors, and food preparation spaces
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and other kitchen fixtures according to established procedures
• Assist with moving, repositioning, and organizing shelving, racks, tables, and kitchen equipment
• Support the reinstallation and setup of kitchen storage areas and operational work spaces
• Remove debris, packaging materials, and other project-related waste
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment throughout the project
• Follow directions from site leadership regarding cleaning priorities and setup tasks
• Assist with inventory organization and placement of supplies as directed
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete project goals efficiently
• Perform additional general labor and kitchen support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift and move equipment, shelving, supplies, and other materials as needed
• Must wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes
• Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Must follow all Eurest safety, sanitation, and workplace policies
• Must adhere to food service hygiene standards while working in kitchen areas
• Must be comfortable working around commercial kitchen equipment and supplies
• Must follow all site-specific procedures and supervisor instructions
• Must arrive on time and ready to work each shift

This assignment focuses on restoring and preparing a commercial kitchen for operation through detailed cleaning, organization, and setup support. Team members who are flexible, hardworking, and comfortable with physical tasks will be successful in this role.

Janitorial

When working in a Janitorial position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to clean, sanitize, and tidy varying work spaces including offices, warehouses, shopping centers or other locations.
• Safely operating mechanical or manual equipment including vacuums, waxers, mops, polishers, and other standard janitorial items.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
