, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and reliable healthcare environment by performing routine and preventative maintenance on hospital facilities, equipment, and building systems. you'll contribute
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to ensure safe, continuous facility operations.
- Support repairs, troubleshooting, and general upkeep of equipment and facility systems.
- Assist with facility improvement projects, including renovations, installations, and minor construction work.
- Participate in fire and life safety inspections, drills, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed work orders.
- Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational healthcare environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or building operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or related systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs in a healthcare environment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred, with the ability to travel between facilities as needed.
