The University of North Carolina Pembroke is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician – Building (Painter) to join our Facilities Operations team. This position involves preparing, painting, and maintaining various surfaces, ensuring high safety and quality standards are met.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma, applicable training in painting, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires effective communication and prompt execution of tasks while managing tools and inventory effectively.
