Airswift is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead equipment reliability and maintenance strategies across the facility. This newly established role reflects operational growth and complexity, transitioning responsibilities previously managed by the Maintenance Manager into a dedicated position.
The Reliability Engineer will oversee repair and maintenance of advanced machinery—such as conveyors, wrappers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, electric motors, gearboxes, extruders, and PLC-controlled equipment—while driving system improvements, spare parts management, and reliability-focused projects.
Key Objectives- First 90 Days: Develop a deep understanding of processes, data structures, and internal stakeholders, emphasizing cross-team collaboration on reliability initiatives.
- Assess recurring breakdowns and performance issues across production lines and slitters, and create a prioritized improvement roadmap with the team.
- Success Metrics: Reduced downtime, improved OEE, and measurable progress on critical process improvements.
