Pay is $ 17.90 per hour
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Weekend (6 & 7 Day) work required, as needed.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 91 DAY WAIT PERIOD, determined from their last date of employment.
CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.
MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS WORK HISTORY in the last 12 months documented within your application's work history and/or resume. Can be a combination of employers as long as it is within the past 12 months or your application will not be reviewed.
MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.
MUST BE SAFE AND OBSERVE ALL OF TYSONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Ability to read and write in order to receive and document orders
Ability to schedule loads of feed by creating and organizing feed tickets and maintaining them for record keeping
Ability to dispatch loads of feed and distribute them evenly among driver/team members within DOT rules and regulations
Ability to answer calls from Service Techs and Growers while maintaining a good working relationship with them
Ability to organize/flex task and change priorities throughout the day
Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guildelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required
Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance
Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day
Complete all other tasks assigned by management
Clerical experience and/or feed mill experience preferred, Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred
Basic computer skills
