Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead resort property maintenance, including pools, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. You will plan, prioritize, train, and supervise staff to deliver safe, clean, and efficient facilities across our resorts.
Strong knowledge of systems, safety compliance, and guest-focused service is required. A relevant degree plus CPO/AFO certifications are preferred, with prior resort maintenance experience advantageous.
