We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor who’s not afraid to get their hands a little dirty (but also knows how to keep things sparkling clean)! If you’ve got experience in janitorial cleaning, a passion for coaching, and the ability to connect with people, we want YOU to join our crew!

• Oversee and coordinate daily janitorial activities to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Train, supervise, and support staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create structured cleaning schedules and monitor their consistent execution.
• Perform routine inspections to maintain and enhance cleanliness standards.
• Ensure the proper use, care and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply.
• Foster a positive culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork within the housekeeping department.

• Demonstrated experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills.
• Capability to create work schedules,
  train personnel, and ensure
  adherence to safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and procedures is an asset.
