Perform general building and facilities maintenance including HVAC, water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems;
Carry out preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities;
Perform maintenance or minor carpentry on floors, walls, doors, etc.;
Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability;
