This position reports to:
Customer Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is:
Hybrid in Pinetops, NC.

Your role and responsibilities:
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring transport‑related activities within a local unit, ensuring high‑quality transport operations.
  • Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.
  • Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation‑related plans and processes.
  • Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.

Qualifications for the role:
  • High School Diploma and 5+ Years of applicable experience.
  • Experience in International Trade and Compliance logistics is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
