Part‑Time Maintenance Position – Starting $20 an Hour (Nags Head)
Cove Realty is looking for a part‑time maintenance person to join our team. Required work days are Wednesday and Thursday, with optional Saturday/Sunday during the summer. Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Send your resume to , or stop by our office at 105 E Dunn St Nags Head to complete an application.
Requirements- 2‑4 day schedule with a 1‑hour break (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Active driver’s license (for use of company vehicle)
- Ability to handle heavier items such as mounting window A/C units, dollying washers/dryers, stoves, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle work orders
Starting pay is $20 an hour. Vacation day accrual begins immediately. Cove Realty does not offer health insurance, but we work with Aflac to set up employee‑discounted health plans.
