Domtar Plymouth, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability teams in a full-time, permanent role. Reporting to the Mill Manager, you will drive strategic maintenance, reliability initiatives and cost control for a large pulp and paper operation.
You will manage planned and unplanned work, optimize CMMS usage, and develop short- and long-term strategies to improve asset performance. Strong leadership in a unionized environment is essential.
