Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) is seeking a Back Maintenance Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Grover, NC. This direct-hire role runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM with a pay of $37–$43 per hour based on experience.
You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, manage work orders, and lead a team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives.
