• Lead critical facility operations with broad operational impact.
• Influence safety, maintenance, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop maintenance and EH&S personnel.
• Collaborative manufacturing environment with leadership visibility.

• Manage facility budgets and maintenance operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment uptime.
• Drive EH&S compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Optimize purchasing, inventory, and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead special facility projects and supervise maintenance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred;
  Facilities Management certification or equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading facilities or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and preventive maintenance.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
