Job Description
Clean vacation rental homes in the 6‑hour window between guests. Training and supplies are provided.
Housekeeper Appreciation Bonus: $40 extra for each weekend day worked (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), April through October.

- Clean and sanitize all room surfaces, appliances, and floors.
- Perform outdoor cleaning, including grills, sliding glass doors, and outdoor bathrooms.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the property.
- Use tools and supplies provided by Carolina Designs Realty.
- Personality that supports a customer‑service atmosphere.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Ability to follow a stringent routine in a fast‑paced environment and work quickly and efficiently.
- Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license.
