Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and reliable experienced Janitorial candidate to join our team. The Ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a Janitorial Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers (if applicable).
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, if required by the client.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
