Our client is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Superintendent to lead and manage all aspects of maintenance operations at their manufacturing facility. This role requires prior leadership experience in maintenance, a strong understanding of plant equipment and reliability, and a proactive approach to team management and equipmentuptime. A four‑year degree is not required—proven leadership and technical ability are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure minimal downtime and efficient performance of machinery and equipment.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to support production goals.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
