• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of common areas, apartments, and equipment
• Assist with minor construction projects and renovations as needed
• Respond to resident requests and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our residents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
• 0 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; willing to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional)
