Property Preservation Sub-Contractors Needed
Need property preservation sub-contractors in Macon, Clay, Jackson & surrounding counties in North Carolina on an emergency basis. (Landscape, Inspection & Maintenance) Please pm or call us or email me king for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:
- Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris Removal
- Lock Changes
- Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation
- Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
- Meeting client's deadlines
- Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
- Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount) - Our payment system is very regular and no delays
