Housekeeper- Oak Island Accommodations

Job Title

Essential Responsibilities:

• Cleaning properties as assigned
• Maintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
• Guest and owner resolution
• Delivering needs to guests and owners during stays
• Prepare vendor cleaning bags/supplies
• Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests
• Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Minimum

Required Skills:

• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Is able to work weekends and holidays
• Is able to work as a team

Preferred Experience:

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus

Physically you can anticipate to:

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and lift up to 30 pounds. Use your arms and legs and stand most of the time. Stand, sit, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.

Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour
