Full-Time | Thursday & Friday (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) .

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, handle a 5K pressure washer, and work in confined/hot areas . Must complete safety training (Ladder, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout) . Excellent attendance record required .

As an Industrial Cleaner (also known as a Janitorial Sanitizer or Heavy Duty Cleaner
), you will keep an Automotive Assembly Plant safe, clean, and operating smoothly . Your key responsibilities include:

• Clean Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas using approved chemicals and high-pressure washers (5K) .
• Scrape windows, wipe down walls, replace ceiling filters, and apply protective plastic or aluminum foil in booth areas .
• Lift metal flooring grates, clean beneath them, and clear out oven and flood sheet areas .
• Perform routine equipment maintenance like changing robot covers and grease applications .
• Safely climb ladders and navigate confined spaces during heavy-duty cleaning routines .

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and top-notch attendance .
• Comfort working in hot/dirty conditions using company-provided PPE .
• Physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs .
• Ability to follow instructions and pass required safety courses .
