Maintenance Clerk

6:00am-2:30pm Mon-Fri some weekends and OT as needed for audits

You will be based in Fletcher, NC.

Your main tasks:

• Reasoning Ability:
  Able to resolve scheduling conflicts and solve complex problems. Must be able to create plans and execute them in a timely manner.
• Obtain pricing for required materials through internet use and vendors.
• Create a backlog on maintenance work orders
• Develop spread sheet for spare parts allocation and quantity's
• Create Purchase Orders for materials and order them in a timely manner.
• Follow up with maintenance team lead and technician regarding preventive maintenance order status.
• Maintenance clerk will focus on developing a spare parts list of every equipment (spread sheet) to ensure that maintenance technician have everything they need to work.
• Perform a safety audit in a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• MS Office (excel, power point, word).
• MS excel Pivot tables
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 5'S Knowledge
