Role Overview

you will work with a team at job sites to ensure safety and traffic management. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided. Your primary responsibilities include setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades; using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic; and monitoring activity to maintain safety. You will follow all safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and help keep equipment and vehicles clean and safe.

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. You will be equipped with safety gear such as helmets, goggles, vests, and walkie-talkies, while bringing your own steel-toe boots.

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods

• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions
