The Fountain Group is currently seeking an
Environmental Cleaning Specialist
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
North Chicago, IL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Location:
North Chicago, IL (100% Onsite)
Pay: $21 - 22/hr W2
6-months contract, high possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
Shift: Mon-Fri; 5am to 1:30pm. (Weekends and Holidays Required – every other Saturday and holidays will be rotated)
Regular housekeeping the cleaning of CNC1 Rooms Labs, Environmental Control Rooms, Gowning required
PPE Provided: steel toe shoes, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses
No use of cell phone, no jewellery, fake nail, eyelashes, cologne/perfume
Performs all housekeeping tasks outlined in the Building Servicer Job Description and specializes in job functions such as:
Washroom Specialist, Vacuum Specialist, Corridor Specialist, Trash Specialist, Light Fixture Specialist, Project Specialist, Clean Core Specialist, Bio-Suites Specialist, and Radioactive Containment Suites Specialist.
The work will be accomplished under the general supervision of Lead Personnel and an area Supervisor.

Required Skills:

High school diploma
Previous Housekeeping experience
Manufacturing/GMP/Cleanroom/PPE gowning/Productions Cleaning Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Based on the housekeeping needs for a specific area, the following tasks may be performed.
Pick up and dispose of regular trash and wash waste containers.
Pick up all recyclable paper and transport to designated areas.
Picks up and bails corrugate and stages in designated areas.
Pick up and dispose of autoclave waste.
Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo and extract carpeted floors and dust mop, Sweep, damp mop, scrub, burnish, strip and refinish resilient and concrete floors.
Spot clean, damp wipe and wash walls, partitions, ceilings, doors and glass.
Dust high and low, spot cleans, damp wipes and wash office furniture.
Dust and wash light fixtures, and replace burned out light bulbs using a step ladder six foot tall or less.
Clean washrooms. Washroom fixture (mirrors, sinks, urinals, toilets, etc.)
